April Journal Prompts: Curiosity

I am always fascinated by the human capacity for learning. It is pretty much endless! It invites us to keep an open mind, to observe all and everything around us, reflect and stay curious. We can choose to seek our more information and learning every day if we so want, about any topic that takes our fancy. The journal prompts for April encourage us to focus on ourselves, to be curious about who we are, in this moment.
  • What is one thing that you have learned this last year that you are grateful to know?

  • What is a question that you long to know the answer for, but haven't yet explored?

  • If money stories & self-belief weren't of concern, what might you be doing differently in life?

  • What story are you holding on to that you need to let go of? How might this benefit you?

  • What is one thing you are committed to learning about yourself this year? When will you start?

  • What is one thing that you would like to do (hobby etc) but haven’t yet pursued?

  • If you could repair one friendship/ relationship who this be with? How might you take a step towards this?

  • What 5 qualities do love most about yourself?

  • What one fear do you hope to overcome? How could you approach this? Who might you seek support from?

I hope these prompts have been encouraging and perhaps sparked some meaningful thinking, and maybe even action?
