🏃🏽♀️ Lots my clients share experience of feeling very busy (too busy) and are making changes towards a slower pace of life. Slow living feels like a new trend, yet in some ways it has been around forever!
Humans have evolved to become super busy to adapt to the ways of the world, work & too much choice.
Slow living is about make conscious choices to enjoy ‘the now’ and use time wisely, for rest, creativity and re-charging so that we can meet the busy-ness of life with a sense of calm 🌾
