My Coaching Philosophy

Lifestyle | Wellbeing | Work

Over the years my approach and skill set as a Coach has evolved as I have listened deeply to the needs of clients. My philosophy and approach has adapted to their challenges and quest for peace, simplicity and self understanding.

There is often a single reason that clients seek Coaching; career, leadership, confidence, burnout, lifestyle change, purpose, wellbeing etc

.... and then we recognise that we are made up of so many stories, beliefs, hopes, skills, possibilities, expectations etc that in fact, we can’t keep our focus to one single label.

We are not one thing.

We are layered and complex, and it is by looking at life and our self holistically, that we make the most impactful & meaningful difference to the life we are creating.

Our life is never reduced to a single view point. We are amazing, complex, innovative beings that evolve with each experience … if we allow ourselves to.

The ‘lifestyle’ element refers to cultivating an existence which contains the activities, people and habits that bring us joy and energise us.

The ‘wellbeing’ element encourages us to see our worth and prioritise own needs to avoid feeling burnout or overwhelmed by expectations.

And ‘work’ plays a huge part in our life, so finding some balance, enjoyment and knowing our value is something we can strive for.

If you could take a holistic view of your life, and begin to cultivate a lifestyle that supports your wellbeing, and live outside of expectations, with confidence, where would you start?
